Step 1: How To Add Affiliates
- Navigate to Marketing on the left > Affiliate Manager at the top > From the dropdown select Affiliate
- Click +Add and a dropdown will appear
- Select New Affiliate to add an individual affiliate, Import from contacts, or Upload Affiliates to upload a list of multiple affiliates at once
- For the individual Affiliate, fill out the pop-up that appears and click “Add Affiliate” to save their information.
- For a bulk upload of a list, use a .CSV file to upload multiple records at once, map the contact fields, and add them all to Infinite Sales at once.
- Ensure your CSV file includes appropriate headers, such as: “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email-id”, “Phone Number”, “Industry”, and “Website”.
- For Bulk Import of contacts, navigate to Affiliate Manager> Affiliates >Add>Import from contacts and select multiple to import.
Please Note: You can bulk add the affiliates to a campaign when selecting or creating a new campaign.
Adding Sub-Affiliates:
You can add sub-affiliates directly in the affiliate section with ease.
Key Aspects:
- No Purchase Necessary: Previously, customers had to make a purchase to become a sub-affiliate. Now, sub-affiliates can be added without any purchase, simplifying the process.
- Streamlined Process: Adding and removing sub-affiliates requires just two clicks, making it faster and more efficient.
- Direct Addition Option: Users can add a sub-affiliate directly, even if they are not already present on the platform.
How to add sub-affiliates:
1- Navigate to the Affiliate page in Affiliate Manager.
2- Select the affiliate and scroll down to the Sub-Affiliate tab.
3- Click “Add Sub-Affiliate” and choose the campaign.
4- From the “New Sub-Affiliate” list, click to add.
5- Remove existing sub-affiliates if needed.
6- Add new profiles directly if they are not present.
7- Save your changes.
Step 2: Getting an Affiliate-id for each Affiliate Manager Campaign
- Navigate to Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Affiliates.
- Scroll down and click on an affiliate name
- Toggle between your campaign(s) to see the unique ID for each campaign.
Step 3: Exporting Affiliates
- To export your affiliate list, navigate to the ‘Payouts’ Section of the Affiliate tool, and click export
PRO TIP:
- There is no system-generated email sent out when a new affiliate is added to Infinite Sales. An affiliate does receive a system-generated email when an affiliate campaign is published/live. That email will contain their unique URL Affiliate ID which they will need to use when promoting the product/service.
Add Manual Sales and Commissions:
Manually adding sales and commissions to the affiliate management system allows affiliates to promote products offline and not use their affiliate links but still refer customers to you.
How to use: To add manual sales to an affiliate, click on the menu dots and select Add Manual Sales
To use this feature, navigate to the marketing section, and select your affiliate.
Add the manual commission under the appropriate section.
You can search for your customers via email.
One significant benefit is the ability to ensure all affiliates are credited accurately for their efforts, enhancing their motivation and trust. You can input customer details, revenue amount, and event dates.
Note that this feature supports importing existing transactions and requires basic customer information like name, email, and phone number.
