In this article we will review the Reputation Management section of your settings.
- Send Review Request: This will allow you to send a review request to a specific contact.
- Leave a review link: This is the link that will be provided for review requests.
- Review Request Behavior: You can choose when reviews are prompted.
SMS Review Requests: In this section you can toggle on/off, edit, and customize the SMS review request.
Email Review Requests: In this section you can toggle on/off, edit, and customize the Email review request.
Customize Review Widget: This is where you can customize the review widget you can insert into your Funnel or Website, or copy the code to put into an external site.
